Navdanya Gad Morcha & Kalash Morcha: A Sacred Procession Led by Swami Ji

On 8th February 2025, the spiritual aura of Shree Raja Rajeshwar Devasthan will be graced by two significant and divine processions—Navdanya Gad Morcha and Kalash Morcha—led by Maharashtra Adheenam Mahant Shri Amarnath Swami Ji. These rituals, deeply rooted in Sanatan Dharma, hold profound importance in temple construction and divine worship.

The Significance of Navdanya Gad Morcha

The Navdanya Gad Morcha is a sacred ritual that involves offering Navdanya (nine sacred grains) to Mother Earth before the commencement of any significant spiritual endeavor. This tradition symbolizes:

  • Gratitude to Bhoomi Devi (Mother Earth) for providing sustenance and life.

  • Seeking divine blessings for agricultural prosperity and fertility of the land.

  • Invoking positive energies to purify and enrich the temple’s foundation.

During this procession, devotees will carry these nine grains in a ceremonial march, followed by their offering as a mark of respect to Bhoomi Devi.

The Divine Ritual of Kalash Morcha

Kalash Morcha is a spiritual procession where devotees carry Kalash (sacred water pots) filled with holy water, symbolizing purity, divinity, and auspiciousness. This ritual is believed to:

  • Invite divine energies into the temple premises.

  • Establish spiritual harmony and positive vibrations.

  • Strengthen the foundation of the temple with the presence of sacred elements.

The Kalash procession will be performed with Vedic chants, invoking the blessings of Lord Shiva and the celestial deities for the grand construction of Shree Raja Rajeshwar Devasthan.

A Call for Devotees & Seekers

As part of the Bhumi Poojan celebrations from 7th to 10th February 2025, these processions will mark a pivotal spiritual event. We invite all devotees, saints, and spiritual seekers to participate in this sacred journey and seek divine blessings.

Let us come together to celebrate Sanatan Dharma, honor Mother Earth, and lay a powerful spiritual foundation for Shree Raja Rajeshwar Devasthan.

Om Namah Shivaya! 🙏🚩
